Dan is a lifelong resident and businessman of Southwest Florida, and lives with his wife Donna, and children Lillian and Alexandra
Daniel Jeffery Administration	Controller/Business Manager Dan Jeffery, Business Manager of Honc Industries, holds has 20 years experience in complete business management; encompassing financial accounting, human resources, and liability management, He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO and a Master's Degree from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS. Dan is a resident of North Ft Myers, with his wife Lucinda. They have 5 children and 1 grandchild.
Doug Fields Administration	Lead Commercial Estimator Doug Fields, Chief Commercial Estimator of Honc Industries, brings 32 years experience in heavy, civil and underground construction, to the team. He was a lead estimator for Fluor-Daniel for Middle Eastern Operations, and attended Texas A&M University in Construction. Doug has been a resident of Southwest Florida since 1987.
Jake Herring Administration	Business Development Jake Herring, Head of Business Development, has been designing, permitting and performing construction administration of both public and private development projects in Southwest Florida for over 7 years. An Alumnus of University of Central Florida, Jake graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, is a State Licensed Engineer Intern and is an active member of the Fort Myers Rotary and CCCIA. Jake was born and raised on Pine Island and is a lifelong resident of Lee County.
Pete DiMatteo Trucking	Trucking Division Manager Pete has over a decade of experience both working as and supervising the Trucking Division of the Honc companies. He and his two sons are residents of Cape Coral.
Steve Honc Administration	Vice President Steve Honc, Vice President of Honc Industries, holds the Florida State Certified General Contractor, Florida State Certified Plumbing Contractor and Florida Registered Septic Contractor Licenses. Steve has managed crews of 30 or more and is well versed in all aspects of site development, estimating, and production. He makes his home on Pine Island and is a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida.
