Dan is a lifelong resident and businessman of Southwest Florida, and lives with his wife Donna and has 5 grown children.
Steve Honc, Vice President of Honc Industries, holds the Florida State Certified General Contractor, Florida State Certified Plumbing Contractor and Florida Registered Septic Contractor Licenses. Steve has managed crews of 30 or more and is well versed in all aspects of site development, estimating, and production. He makes his home on Pine Island, is a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida, and lives with his wife, Natalie, and 2 children.
Jake Herring, Treasurer of Honc Industries, has been designing, permitting and performing construction management of both public and private development projects in Southwest Florida for over 10 years. An Alumnus of University of Central Florida, Jake graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, is a State Licensed Professional Engineer and is an active member of the Fort Myers Rotary and CCCIA. Jake was born and raised on Pine Island and is a lifelong resident of Lee County. He lives with his wife, Lacey, and they have 1 child.
Jeffrey S. Schorle, Business Manager/Comptroller for HONC Industries, Inc., has an extensive background in financial, personnel and risk management due to his prior lives as a United States Marine, Commercial and Commercial Real Estate Banker and as a Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Executive for the last 23 years collectively. Jeff is responsible for overseeing the financial strength of the company as well as managing public relations and focusing on new business opportunities for the organization. He is a lifelong resident who lives with his wife, Anne, and his 3 children.
Chris Robertson is a Sitework Supervisor/Project Estimator at Honc Industries and has been in the residential and commercial site development industry for 23 years. Starting as a laborer Chris has worked his way up through the ranks as an operator, crew leader, project manager, and estimator. He and his wife Crystal have been successful business owners here in the local area as well. Born and raised on Pine Island, Chris now lives in Cape Coral with his wife and four children.
Penny A. Sappah is a Commercial Estimator/Project Manager for Honc Industries, Inc. Penny has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Mrs. Sappah has worked in both the residential and commercial development realms of construction during this period. Penny has been a resident of Southwest Florida for 35 years and resides with her husband Tim and has 3 grown children.
Alex Honc, Permitting Technician & Project Coordinator, handles the permitting of residential projects throughout Charlotte, Lee, and Collier Counties. Alex also handles the estimating of residential demolitions throughout these areas. Alex was born and raised on Pine Island and now resides in Cape Coral.
Todd O’Hara is the Commercial Superintendent for Honc Industries, Inc. Todd has over 25 years of experience collectively between the construction industry and Florida Department of Transportation. Todd has over 7 years of experience in Federal Construction contracts to include site work and underground work that was conducted at Dallas Fort Worth Airport and Orlando International Airport. Mr. O’Hara has worked in both the residential and commercial development realms of construction during this period as well. Todd has been a resident of Southwest Florida for 12 years. He resides in North Fort Myers with his wife Eileen and has 1 grown son.
